KEY MILESTONES

2021 - Present

Continuing to pursue the Industry 4.0 technology-based business and management model, Everland Group's business strategy adopts the motto of “go fast but steadily”, while focusing on increasing scale and promoting sustainable development in all of its business segments. The Group's charter capital reached VND 2,152 billion in 2022, and total assets reached VND 3,161 billion. The Group is currently working on a number of large-scale hospitality real estate projects, including Crystal Holidays Marina Phu Yen tourism resort complex (started in April 2021), Xuan Dai Bay Commercial Service and Tourist Resort Complex (started in April 2021), and Crystal Holidays Harbour Van Don tourism, resort and entertainment complex (started in April 2022). Aside from the sustainable real estate developer brand, Everland Group continues to promote the development of construction and service brands, as well as expand collaboration with major partners in construction, technology, tourism, and hotel management both at home and abroad.

2019 - 2020

Everland Investment Joint Stock Company changed its name to Everland Group (according to the Business Registration Certificate dated June 3, 2020), and operated on the parent- subsidiary model. The Group's activities were reorganized around three pillars: real estate, construction, and trading - services. Everland Group's capital, assets, and personnel continued to grow, and its operational areas were constantly expanding. The real estate segment, in particular, accelerated, with multiple projects being deployed across the country. The service and tourism segment also made a breakthrough with many new brands, including Crystal Holidays Hospitality (hotel management), Crystal Holidays Marina (seaports), Crystal Holidays Cruise (cruises), and Active Travel (tourism).

2017 - 2018

The State Securities Commission approved the Company's registration as a public company with a charter capital of VND 300 billion on February 19, 2017. On June 8, 2017, Everland Investment Joint Stock Company (Stock ticker: EVG) listed 30 million shares on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE). This was a significant step toward strengthening the Company's position and improving its management capacity in the direction of transparency and professionalism.

2015 -2016

Everland began its venture into the real estate sector by collaborating with project implementation partners in Hanoi, Bac Ninh, and other cities. During this time, the Company's capital, assets, and personnel all grew significantly; Everland's reputation and brand were well-established in the market.

2011 -2014

Through the Luxury Houses supermarket chain in Hanoi and Northern provinces, the company expands its business of paving stones, bricks, tiles, and high-grade interior and exterior materials imported from India, China, Japan, Europe, and South America. Everland was also a reputable contractor, specializing in the finishing work of civil works and office buildings.

2009 – 2010

Everland Investment Joint Stock Company was founded in 2009 with the primary goal of providing construction materials, consulting, brokerage, and real estate services. Everland Real Estate Exchange officially launched in 2010.
